Exchange & Order Cancellation Policy
In addition to returns and refunds, we also offer exchanges for defective products within 30 days from the date of receipt. If you would like to exchange a defective product for a new one, please keep in mind the following information.
- We accept exchanges for products that are defective/faulty due to transportation, delivery, or TRIENCY within 30 days from the date of receipt. TRIENCY will cover all the delivery expenses for the exchange.
- If the replaced product is found defective/faulty due to transportation, delivery, or TRIENCY within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will offer you a full refund.
You can cancel your order any time before the purchased product is dispatched to the delivery address. However, we highly recommend canceling your order within 24 hours of the date you bought a product. Upon receiving your cancellation request, only a 90% refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order due to the Transaction Fee and Order Processing Fee. You will receive the refund after 3 working days at the latest.
If you have yet to receive your refund after 3 working days, please kindly check your account balance online and contact the Customer Support of the Credit Card provider you are using. The transaction may be subject to your card service provider, which may cause a delay in your refund. If no refund is going to be issued to your account after contacting your service provider, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com for support.
